Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5420, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fernandão Valle took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, NVS ARTS's goal looked a bit too open when Chico Salgado came free, but Valdemar Faria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7thth minute of the game Chico Salgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NVS ARTS's Valdemar Faria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. João Pedro Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 11th minute Fernandão Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dênis Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If João Pedro Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, NVS ARTS's Walmir da Costa got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match Sérgio Aparecido sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valdemar Faria skillfully saved the ball. Chico Salgado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdemar Faria having to make a save. The supporters of SC Corveta booed when NVS ARTS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Pedro Garcia came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dênis Porto could save by the left post. 28 minutes into the match, Chico Salgado notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of NVS ARTS's Valdemar Faria. Valdemar Faria was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. NVS ARTS's João Pedro Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The NVS ARTS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Corveta were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chico Salgado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If João Pedro Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, SC Corveta's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro Garcia came free, but Dênis Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SC Corveta getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ruy Pitta hit a great ball. SC Corveta's Dênis Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandão Valle in the 57th minute of play. João Pedro Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Doni Favoretto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Faria having to interfere. Dênis Porto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandão Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fernandão Valle came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the NVS ARTS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernandão Valle couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the game, one of SC Corveta:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jean Gonçalves shot the penalty kick right outside the post. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SC Corveta had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
