The referee ignored 4 E V E R T O N's protests and gave Benjamim Furlan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th match minute, 4 E V E R T O N was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamim Furlan to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the game, Ipe EC's Evandro Gonçalves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciro Moura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After having played for 41 minutes, Evandro Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Evandro Gonçalves ran back to his position shaking his head. Raúl Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Diogo Vides made the kick off in the second half. Evandro Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. If Raúl Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, one of 4 E V E R T O N:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rafa de Alcântara walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Ciro Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evandro Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evandro Gonçalves in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciro Moura saved 4 E V E R T O N from getting behind. With a little luck, 4 E V E R T O N's Ciro Moura got control of the ball when Raúl Romero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evandro Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ciro Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ipe EC booed when 4 E V E R T O N was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olavo Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evandro Gonçalves struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Ciro Moura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ipe EC.
