After 20 played minutes DUCK got a freekick which was hit by Andrézinho Guedes. Remo Coutinho struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Willian Maranhense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DUCK. 28 minutes into the game, Ubatinga's Luís Eduardo Moura nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gui Joinvilense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Luiz Fabiano Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Willian Maranhense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remo Coutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Remo Coutinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Willian Maranhense was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Willian Maranhense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remo Coutinho in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Willian Maranhense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gui Joinvilense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of César Seco's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 74th match minute, DUCK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomé Brito to maneuver through the defense. Ulisses Valle hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Luís Eduardo Moura's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Gui Joinvilense skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
