When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cláudio Linares made a kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Renan Tasso sped through Atlético Boludos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Róbson Aguiar. 56 minutes into the match, CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Linares came free, but Kauã Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renan Tasso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Róbson Aguiar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Róbson Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldir de Queirós, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the game, Válter Amaral threw the ball into play from the sideline. CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Renatinho Bezerra quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mattias Hökkvist was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
