Spectators: 7235 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) CRB's Alessandro Quintal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Fabiano Ramalho made a precise shot to the right of Amauri Mineiro. CRB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, A.Z.Z FC's Arnaldo Martins got a free kick in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, CRB's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Ramalho came free, but Amauri Mineiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amauri Mineiro came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by A.Z.Z FC's Yuri Tepedino. But to his dismay, Yuri Tepedino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, CRB's Sebastião Chaves got a free kick in the 20th minute. Yuri Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabiano Ramalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Mineiro having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Gil Pimenta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A.Z.Z FC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 37th minute of the game, when Arnaldo Martins after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of CRB's goal. Arnaldo Martins was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Yuri Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Amauri Mineiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yan de Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabiano Ramalho was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in A.Z.Z FC's zone, Alessandro Quintal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvinho Silva came out of the goal and Alessandro Quintal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th match minute, A.Z.Z FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisão Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Carioca charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Carioca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 57 played minutes CRB got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Carioca. Yuri Tepedino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodriguinho Simão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Yuri Tepedino managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.Z.Z FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yuri Tepedino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amauri Mineiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amauri Mineiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Tepedino in the 81st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as CRB's Alessandro Quintal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silvinho Silva. That made the score 2-1 after 82 minutes of play. Alessandro Quintal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvinho Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Sebastião Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. A.Z.Z FC had won after a very even match.
