Spectators: 7208 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) In the 4th minute Bebeto Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reginaldo Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute of the game César Barreto made a throw-in which Bebeto Paraense played forward. Wellington Moraes hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes Boacu got a freekick which was hit by Tiaguinho Messias. After 16 played minutes Chelsea Fc got a freekick which was hit by Gilmar Maia. In the 23rd minute, Richard de Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reginaldo Linares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bebeto Paraense's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Wellington Moraes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reginaldo Linares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Durvalino Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Richard de Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bebeto Paraense in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reginaldo Linares saved Boacu from getting behind. Wellington Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute Enio Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wesley Alvarenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wesley Alvarenga made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Enio Garcia sent off a good shot on target. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

64 minutes into the game, Enio Quadros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Wesley Alvarenga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Boacu's Reginaldo Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bebeto Paraense in the 69th minute of play. Allan de Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Breckenfeld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Boacu's goalkeeper Reginaldo Linares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Wellington Moraes came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Chelsea Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wellington Moraes couldn't finish the play. If César Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wellington Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Reginaldo Linares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rdth minute of the game Bebeto Paraense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boacu's Reginaldo Linares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wellington Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reginaldo Linares having to interfere. In the 97th minute Enio Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wesley Alvarenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
