Beto Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio Ferreira having to interfere. Vladimir Rocha's late challenge caught a Satanás EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vladimir Rocha helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Satanás EC booed when Bodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position.
