Without hesitation aimed to the right of Basílio Ferreira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of GALO 13™ booed when Satanás EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Víktor Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basílio Ferreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Falcão Messias went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Falcão Messias had several of the Satanás EC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Basílio Ferreira as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to Satanás EC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Edgar Santana hit a great ball. Falcão Messias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Basílio Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Satanás EC's zone, Falcão Messias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basílio Ferreira came out of the goal and Falcão Messias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basílio Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Maciel in the 40th minute of the match. After 44th play minutes Falcão Messias shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Basílio Ferreira and just under the crossbar into goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Falcão Messias made a kick off. Falcão Messias struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Basílio Ferreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GALO 13™. Falcão Messias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basílio Ferreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Basílio Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Messias in the 83rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Falcão Messias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Basílio Ferreira was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. If Paulo Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Moisés Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. GALO 13™ had played much better football throughout.
