Morada's Davi Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Dracena in the 33rd minute of play. After 37 played minutes Da Vinci FC got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Corrêa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Délio Lara got free with Róbson Quintal in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There was no doubt that Morada were the better team. Morada's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
