Zézinho Mota ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernardo Moura struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Artur Sergipano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altair FC. Nilson Quaresma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edu Lira in the 12th minute. The audience was convinced that Marcus Vidal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Sergipano was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Soccer Kings United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Altair FC the free kick. Marcus Vidal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Artur Sergipano made a huge save. Nilson Quaresma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Dracena in the 85th minute of play. When Bernardo Moura came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Altair FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Moura couldn't finish the play.
