Izumi F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Puxinana the free kick. In the 15th match minute, Izumi F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edinho Macedo to maneuver through the defense. Izumi F.C.'s Duda Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luís Monteiro in the 16th minute of play. Gildo Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duda Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Carlos Leme in the 35th minute of the match. Puxinana's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Carlos Leme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Duda Pereira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the game, André Luís Monteiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Duda Pereira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Duda Pereira made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when André Luís Monteiro sent off a good shot on target.
