Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Otávio Porto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Erik Guimarães was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 6th minute. Imbozal EC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otávio Porto in the 11th minute of play forced Imbozal EC's goalkeeper Acácio Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fábio Magalhães in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Acácio Lima saved Imbozal EC from getting behind. In the 14th minute Fábio Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 played minutes Imbozal EC got a freekick which was hit by Betão de Medeiros. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otávio Porto in the 17th minute of play forced Imbozal EC's goalkeeper Acácio Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Catanduva FC's Ivo Leme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Catanduva FC from getting a goal against them. Acácio Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Magalhães in the 20th minute of play. Adilson Galvão who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Ivo Leme when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Dé da Mata could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which Ivo Leme however easily saved by the left post. In the 32nd match minute, Imbozal EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. Acácio Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Magalhães in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Fábio Magalhães made a precise shot to the right of Acácio Lima. Imbozal EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Otávio Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Acácio Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

51 minutes into the game, Otávio Porto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Acácio Lima. Otávio Porto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Acácio Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otávio Porto in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otávio Porto in the 57th minute of play forced Imbozal EC's goalkeeper Acácio Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fábio Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acácio Lima having to interfere. Fábio Magalhães was extremely unlucky when he, in the 67th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Acácio Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otávio Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Fábio Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catanduva FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fábio Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Acácio Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otávio Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Fábio Magalhães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 79 played minutes Imbozal EC got a freekick which was hit by Richard Figueiredo. After recieving a nice pass, Catanduva FC's Diguinho Massa tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Otávio Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Otávio Porto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Otávio Porto in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Acácio Lima saved Imbozal EC from getting behind. 94 minutes into the match, Imbozal EC's goalkeeper Acácio Lima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fábio Magalhães. The Catanduva FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
