Spectators: 7035 (Terracing: 5385, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ramón Marquez kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, Ramón Marquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th minute Alessandro Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernandinho Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes, Fred Cabral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capenema PR and the Real Vitinho players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Capenema PR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Cabral to maneuver through the defense. Fernandinho Mendes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juvenal Dionísio's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Silvinho de Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alessandro Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramón Marquez struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Jaime Tasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capenema PR. 1-0 became the score in the 27th minute when Ramón Marquez elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Fernandinho Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juvenal Dionísio in the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Marquez in the 36th minute of play forced Real Vitinho's goalkeeper Jaime Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Telmo Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, Ramón Marquez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jaime Tasso, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juvenal Dionísio to make the kick off. After 59 played minutes Capenema PR got a freekick which was hit by Fred Cabral. A collision led to Capenema PR getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Luciano Cerezo hit a great ball. In the 65th minute Telmo Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Real Vitinho's zone, Telmo Freitas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaime Tasso came out of the goal and Telmo Freitas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ramón Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jaime Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alessandro Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramón Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Tasso having to interfere. Real Vitinho's Juvenal Dionísio got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernandinho Mendes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Neves in the 92nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Real Vitinho's zone, Silvinho de Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaime Tasso came out of the goal and Silvinho de Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alessandro Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Capenema PR had won after a very even match.
