Spectators: 7190 (Terracing: 5394, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Laércio Velloso made the kick off which started today's match. After 5 played minutes Charrua FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fabiano Azevedo. Charles Velloso, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Wesley Corrêa's late challenge caught a Charrua FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wesley Corrêa helped the player get up and apologised. Wesley Corrêa kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. A long shot from Nico Siqueira in the 8th minute of play was well struck, but Elivélton Donatello made a really good save at the right post. In the 9th minute Marcelo Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elivélton Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celsinho Godoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Elivélton Donatello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elivélton Donatello was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Marcelo Loyola capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcelo Loyola really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 20th minute, Hortêncio Aparecido ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisco Mesquita was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The supporters of Charrua FC booed when Real Madruga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hortêncio Aparecido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hortêncio Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armando Coutinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Elivélton Donatello made a huge save. Elivélton Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Loyola, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Marcelo Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Elivélton Donatello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elivélton Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Loyola in the 42nd minute of play. After 43 played minutes Charrua FC got a freekick which was hit by Nico Siqueira. Francisco Mesquita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hortêncio Aparecido in the 46th minute of the match. After 47 minutes, Almir Amaral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Madruga and the Charrua FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Charrua FC booed when Real Madruga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almir Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. 49 minutes into the match, Real Madruga's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Loyola came free, but Elivélton Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelo Loyola to make the kick off. Francisco Mesquita made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Hortêncio Aparecido sent off a good shot on target. Elivélton Donatello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelo Loyola went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 59 minutes into the match, Charrua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Laércio Velloso came free, but Francisco Mesquita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Almir Amaral hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Loyola in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elivélton Donatello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78thth minute of the game Celsinho Godoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Madruga's Elivélton Donatello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elivélton Donatello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Armando Coutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charrua FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Coutinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elivélton Donatello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charrua FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
