The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruninho Salles got free with Murilo Varela in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anderson Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Schmidt in the 10th minute of the match. Bruninho Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Murilo Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lauro Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. CJ HENRIQUE FC's Bruninho Salles got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th match minute, NSK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruninho França to maneuver through the defense. Bruninho Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Artur Batista got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 28 minutes, Lauro Cearense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CJ HENRIQUE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lauro Cearense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, NSK's Murilo Varela got control of the ball when Álvaro Maranhense tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lauro Cearense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murilo Varela having to interfere. CJ HENRIQUE FC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after NSK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Faustão Abreu took the corner. Faustão Abreu made a great header on CJ HENRIQUE FC's corner, it was just that NSK's Murilo Varela managed to reach the ball for a save. Artur Batista hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Lauro Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute Hélder Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anderson Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anderson Viana was a little too slow when Duarte Schmidt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-1. 67 minutes into the game, CJ HENRIQUE FC's Lauro Cearense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Murilo Varela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Duarte Schmidt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anderson Viana firmly grabbed it by the left post. Anderson Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder Leite, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute.
