The Real Vitinho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Saecinza's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Neves came free, but Júlio Alagoano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Júlio Alagoano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Saecinza's Juninho Montenegro shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 18th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jaime Tasso but with some difficulty. Jaime Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho Pombal in the 46th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the match, Saecinza's goal looked a bit too open when Cacá Paranaense came free, but Júlio Alagoano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juarês da Rocha made a kick off. Ricardinho Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jaime Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandro Secco charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sandro Secco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sandro Secco hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Jaime Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juarês da Rocha in the 63rd minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Real Vitinho's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardinho Pombal came free, but Jaime Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
