Spectators: 6796 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 132) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hermínio Quirino kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes Mucui got a freekick which was hit by Hermínio Quirino. Mucui's Dinei Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmo Antunes in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Mucui getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Natã Reis hit a great ball. Dinei Pirani came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by CRAC's Washington Recife. But to his dismay, Washington Recife quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dino dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermínio Quirino in the 16th minute of play. If Dalmo Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ulysses Lara hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Dalmo Antunes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dinei Pirani was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Dinei Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmo Antunes in the 27th minute of play. Washington Recife sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Washington Recife came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the CRAC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Washington Recife couldn't finish the play. Ulysses Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Rafa de Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermínio Quirino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Dalmo Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dinei Pirani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dalmo Antunes's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. After a rather tough play, CRAC's Rafa de Castro got a free kick in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Rafa de Castro notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Mucui's Dinei Pirani. Dinei Pirani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ulysses Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. If Dalmo Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Washington Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinei Pirani having to interfere. Dinei Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmo Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Washington Recife recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalmo Antunes in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dinei Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dinei Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmo Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Hernani Dante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th match minute, Mucui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulysses Lara to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Dalmo Antunes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dinei Pirani. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 95th minute Dalmo Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Mucui's zone, Washington Recife stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dinei Pirani came out of the goal and Washington Recife tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Mucui fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CRAC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
