Spectators: 7027 (Terracing: 5401, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 51) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Conrado Lira kicked off to start the match. Gilberto Brasil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Fiori Netto made a huge save. After 7 minutes GRÊMIO FOOT-BALL POA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Claudinei Nóbrega who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Claudinei Nóbrega got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fiori Netto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gilberto Brasil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Fiori Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Franklin Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Gilberto Brasil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fiori Netto. GRÊMIO FOOT-BALL POA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Brasil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Conrado Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Benjamim de Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gernando Mota in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benjamim de Andrade prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When GRÊMIO FOOT-BALL POA's Noel de Souza in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Djow FC's goalie prevented a goal. Noel de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamim de Andrade having to interfere. Gilberto Brasil scored 2-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fiori Netto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Noel de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamim de Andrade having to interfere. In the 47th minute Conrado Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim de Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franklin Macedo made a kick off. Benjamim de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Lira in the 55th minute of the match. José Britto hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. A collision led to Djow FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. José Britto hit a great ball. If Noel de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute Conrado Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim de Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel de Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Benjamim de Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conrado Lira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Djow FC's goalkeeper Benjamim de Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Noel de Souza. Fiori Netto came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Djow FC's Gilberto Brasil. But to his dismay, Gilberto Brasil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 88th match minute, GRÊMIO FOOT-BALL POA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano de Sousa to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Noel de Souza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benjamim de Andrade, 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Djow FC had won after a very even match.
