Rony da Cunha ran back to his position shaking his head. Luiz Guilherme Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jailson da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rony da Cunha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Joélson Coutinho made a huge save. When Claudinei Campidelis was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. U.S. Palermo Uxx's Joélson Coutinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Quirino in the 69th minute of play. If Rony da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rony da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joélson Coutinho having to interfere. Rony da Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rony da Cunha's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Joélson Coutinho skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match was over Borborema could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than U.S. Palermo Uxx throughout the match.
