Jonas do Valle came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jailson Teixeira could save by the left post. When Insight's João Adolfo Leal in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Francisco Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juninho Valle in the 72nd minute of play. Bernardo Correia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gugu Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Bernardo Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Francisco Salgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Adolfo Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Teixeira having to interfere. Jailson Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Adolfo Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
