After some careless play in the CITYCAR FC CLUB defense, Erivaldo Cardoso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arí de Amorim. The CITYCAR FC CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arí de Amorim should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute, Erivaldo Cardoso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arí de Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Arí de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erivaldo Cardoso in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdomiro Soeiro was the one to do the kick off. Jorginho Senna was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomé Paulista got free with Arí de Amorim in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erivaldo Cardoso took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arí de Amorim. Arí de Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Ferwe SC's Erivaldo Cardoso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arí de Amorim. That made the score 0-6 after 76 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauã Sarmento in the 83rd minute of play forced CITYCAR FC CLUB's goalkeeper Arí de Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Kauã Sarmento took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Arí de Amorim to make any attempt to save it. Ferwe SC's Kauã Sarmento got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Tomé Paulista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Arí de Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ferwe SC played a much better game than CITYCAR FC CLUB and deserved their victory. The CITYCAR FC CLUB players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
