The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Almir Gaspar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arlindo Cearense in the 23rd minute of play forced Urubici FC's goalkeeper Diogo Breckenfeld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Válbson Aparecido during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes Urubici FC got a freekick which was hit by Válbson Aparecido. Roger Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Almir Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Roger Correia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 34th minute, Arlindo Cearense made a precise shot to the right of Diogo Breckenfeld. Urubici FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Arlindo Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Delfim Couto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Almir Gaspar. The goal made the score 3-1. When Delfim Couto came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Urubici FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delfim Couto couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

56 minutes into the game, Rodolfo da Cunha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ludogorets United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Urubici FC the free kick. Rodolfo da Cunha hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Arlindo Cearense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ludogorets United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arlindo Cearense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodolfo da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Arlindo Cearense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ludogorets United's supporters rose to their feet, but Arlindo Cearense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diogo Breckenfeld breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arlindo Cearense got free with Diogo Breckenfeld in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute of the match Carlos Travassos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diogo Breckenfeld skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Ludogorets United getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Kiko de Almeida hit a great ball. After 97 minutes Ludogorets United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Duda de Andrade who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Roger Correia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Almir Gaspar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Urubici FC had won after a very even match.
