Spectators: 6997 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) Macucu Sport's Diogo Prestes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Macucu Sport's Fred de Lara slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Juninho Sarmento. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. Diogo Prestes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 35 played minutes Baumart Team got a freekick which was hit by Túlio Veloso. With a little luck, Baumart Team's Juninho Sarmento got control of the ball when Diogo Prestes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Macucu Sport's attentive Vágner Brito managed to snatch the ball when João Augusto Macedo made a throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game. When Túlio Veloso came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Baumart Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Túlio Veloso couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jerônimo Cardozo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Vágner Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Macucu Sport's supporters rose to their feet, but Vágner Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juninho Sarmento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juninho Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vágner Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the game, João Augusto Macedo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Macucu Sport's Vágner Brito quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After having played for 80 minutes, Delfim Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baumart Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delfim Lopes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Augusto Macedo made in the 85th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jerônimo Cardozo immediately put the ball in play. Diogo Prestes charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diogo Prestes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Macucu Sport could leave the field as winners, despite Baumart Team having more of the ball for most of the match.
