Spectators: 7171 (Terracing: 5380, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Diogo Prestes started the match with the kick off. Sulacap's Evandro Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeremias Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogo Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arthur de Almeida was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 8th minute. Sulacap's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Arthur de Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nicasio Semir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Eduardo Pombal went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Sakut Ferikoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diogo Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Baptista having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sulacap's zone, Diogo Prestes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Baptista came out of the goal and Diogo Prestes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 35 minutes of play, Sulacap's Evandro Castro made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicasio Semir was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sakut Ferikoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Nicasio Semir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vágner Brito fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 46th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. 48 minutes into the game, Macucu Sport's Diogo Prestes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Baptista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arthur de Almeida made a kick off. With a little luck, Sulacap's Jeremias Baptista got control of the ball when Diogo Prestes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 58 played minutes Macucu Sport got a freekick which was hit by Fred de Lara. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Sakut Ferikoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sulacap's supporters rose to their feet, but Sakut Ferikoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicasio Semir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Sulacap booed when Macucu Sport was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred de Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Carlos Eduardo Pombal notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Macucu Sport's Nicasio Semir. Nicasio Semir was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 75 minutes of play, Macucu Sport's Vágner Brito made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremias Baptista was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Sulacap booed when Macucu Sport was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vágner Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Diogo Prestes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jeremias Baptista. That made the score 3-3 in the 87 minute of play. If Diogo Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Macucu Sport were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
