Osvaldo Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Mineiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Yuri Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Osvaldo Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Fidelis's Cristian Moraes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osvaldo Lago narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Cristian Moraes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Yuri Mineiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldo Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When Kaká Lopes fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fidelis's protests and gave Kaká Lopes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th match minute, Fidelis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaká Lopes to maneuver through the defense. Leopoldo Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gil Ramalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yuri Mineiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Lago having to interfere. When Yuri Mineiro got free in front of the goal in the 45th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Osvaldo Lago was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Gabriel Vander kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Yuri Mineiro made the kick off in the second half. Roberto de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Arranca Toco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Mineiro came free, but Osvaldo Lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fidelis's Kaká Lopes got a free kick in the 61st minute. Roberto de Barros hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Roberto de Barros was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Arranca Toco FC's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. Fidelis's Yuri Mineiro got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gil Ramalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Osvaldo Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Mineiro in the 92nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Arranca Toco FC's zone, Yuri Mineiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldo Lago came out of the goal and Yuri Mineiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Arranca Toco FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Fidelis for much of the match.
