After a rather tough play, Tricolor Futebol Clube's Wesley Trigo got a free kick in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Alfredo Carioca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilton Batista. Tricolor Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Carioca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

The wind increased when Edinho Baiano made the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Tricolor Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Wilton Batista, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Ezequiel do Nascimento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tricolor Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 70 minutes into the match, Tricolor Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Wilton Batista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Carioca. After 71 played minutes Tricolor Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Dito Motta. In the 73rd match minute, Tricolor Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dito Motta to maneuver through the defense. Wilton Batista came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by AD Cajamar's Alfredo Carioca. But to his dismay, Alfredo Carioca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. A collision led to AD Cajamar getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Edinho Baiano hit a great ball. In the 96th match minute, Tricolor Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dito Motta to maneuver through the defense. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
