Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Arí Aguiar charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arí Aguiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Green Bay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arí Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th match minute, Green Bay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto da Silveira to maneuver through the defense. Mário de Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gernando Quadros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gernando Quadros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mário de Andrade having to interfere. When Gernando Quadros came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Guaimim FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gernando Quadros couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Green Bay FC booed when Guaimim FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Capixaba didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Guaimim FC's zone, Orlando Braga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Paulo Mesquita came out of the goal and Orlando Braga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Green Bay FC's Arí Aguiar pulled a muscle in his leg after 81 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Augusto Terra's late challenge caught a Green Bay FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Terra helped the player get up and apologised. When Orlando Braga fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Green Bay FC's protests and gave Orlando Braga a yellow card for diving instead. Orlando Braga hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84thth minute of the game Gernando Quadros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Green Bay FC's Mário de Andrade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
