Eugênio Sergipano might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adrianinho dos Santos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eugênio Sergipano ran back to his position shaking his head. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Dantas to strike the kick off in the second half. If Alfredo Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bruno Coutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elder de Amorim in the 53rd minute of the match. Wellington Moraes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Adrianinho dos Santos made a huge save. 64 minutes into the match, Mamory's goal looked a bit too open when Elder de Amorim came free, but Bruno Coutinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mamory's Bruno Coutinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Amorim in the 76th minute of play.
