Spectators: 7202 (Terracing: 5403, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Edu Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Moreno in the 3rd minute of the match. Marcelo Moreno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edu Dracena having to interfere. Edu Dracena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Severo in the 7th minute of play. Doni Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Edu Dracena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Severo in the 9th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Jean Camargo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Severo in the 19th minute of play forced Tabu SC's goalkeeper Edu Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcus de Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edu Dracena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Severo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes, Sydney Prestes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mutambo and the Tabu SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mutambo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! Diego Oliveira had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Simão Linhares's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The Mutambo fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Mutambo's Marcelo Moreno looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Doni Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tabu SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Doni Velloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Oliveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Leonel Severo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mutambo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 45 minutes into the match, Durval Eger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edu Dracena. Tabu SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Durval Eger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelo Moreno to make the kick off. If Jean Camargo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jean Camargo took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego Oliveira. Diego Oliveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Jean Camargo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Oliveira having to interfere. Jean Camargo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Diego Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edu Dracena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonel Severo went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Leonel Severo hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Jean Camargo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 73rd match minute, Tabu SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doni Velloso to maneuver through the defense. Edu Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Edu Dracena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Severo in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Moreno in the 84th minute of play forced Tabu SC's goalkeeper Edu Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Leonel Severo could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Edu Dracena however easily saved by the left post. Edu Dracena came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Mutambo's Cesinha Novaes. But to his dismay, Cesinha Novaes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. When Simão Linhares fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tabu SC's protests and gave Simão Linhares a yellow card for diving instead. Simão Linhares hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Edu Dracena was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gilmar Gaspar. In the 94th minute, Marcelo Moreno reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edu Dracena. The goal made the score 1-7. Mutambo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
