The supporters of Giralua F.C booed when Soad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmílson da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 played minutes Soad FC got a freekick which was hit by Durval Lima. Giralua F.C's Sílvio Luís Loureiro got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Elivélton Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot. Giralua F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Elivélton Guimarães was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Campidelis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edmílson da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Soad FC's Joel Campidelis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Soad FC from getting a goal against them.
