Spectators: 7303 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. José Maria Medeiros started the match with the kick off. Mecnun Davarcı scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joel Campidelis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joel Campidelis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Maria Medeiros went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 11thth minute of the game José Maria Medeiros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soad FC's Joel Campidelis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sydney Rezende blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mustafa Haydar Halıcı having to make a save. Mustafa Haydar Halıcı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, José Maria Medeiros notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Soad FC's Joel Campidelis. Joel Campidelis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joel Campidelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mecnun Davarcı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soad FC's Joel Campidelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Maria Medeiros in the 26th minute of play. If José Maria Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Soad FC booed when Amazonas Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederico França didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmílson da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Mecnun Davarcı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Campidelis having to interfere. After the first half Amazonas Futebol Clube were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Soad FC's Júnior Sampaio got a free kick in the 51st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Faustão Maranhense got free with Joel Campidelis in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 58 played minutes Soad FC got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Miranda. Joel Campidelis came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Amazonas Futebol Clube's Mecnun Davarcı. But to his dismay, Mecnun Davarcı quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If José Maria Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mecnun Davarcı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Campidelis having to interfere. Mecnun Davarcı received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joel Campidelis came out and tried to block the shot, but Mecnun Davarcı slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 77th minute. José Maria Medeiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute, José Maria Medeiros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute Luciano Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Haydar Halıcı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Luciano Miranda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soad FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. In the 94th minute, Faustão Maranhense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Campidelis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Amazonas Futebol Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
