After 20 played minutes AIK Scotland Lyonais got a freekick which was hit by Faustão Paraense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamim Marquez in the 23rd minute of play forced Guarakessaba AD's goalkeeper Charles Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luizinho Paulista struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Fernandão Macedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guarakessaba AD.
