Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sílvio Luís Baptista kicked off to start the match. Juarês de Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Gustavo Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Sílvio Luís Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Engenho's supporters rose to their feet, but Sílvio Luís Baptista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Hoffmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frédson Martins hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Juarês de Souza successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 26 minutes, Sílvio Luís Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Engenho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sílvio Luís Baptista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sílvio Luís Baptista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orlando Hoffmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Germano Pinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Juarês de Souza made a huge save. After 37 minutes, Laerte Paes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Descalvado FC and the Engenho players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes Descalvado FC got a freekick which was hit by Laerte Paes. When Sílvio Luís Baptista came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Engenho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Luís Baptista couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute, Descalvado FC's Donato Faria ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Juarês de Souza. Juarês de Souza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0.

The wind increased when Luiz Gustavo Simões made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Donato Faria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juarês de Souza. Engenho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Donato Faria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Juarês de Souza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Germano Pinho went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Juarês de Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Proença, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Doriva Bertassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juarês de Souza having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Donato Faria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Descalvado FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 69th minute, Germano Pinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute Luiz Gustavo Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juarês de Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juarês de Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Gustavo Simões in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Doriva Bertassi notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Engenho's Juarês de Souza. Juarês de Souza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 83 played minutes Descalvado FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Gustavo Simões. Leonardo Proença scored 8-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juarês de Souza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute, Leonardo Proença hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sílvio Luís Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
