Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. When Donato Faria fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Descalvado FC's protests and gave Donato Faria a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Descalvado FC's Donato Faria got a free kick in the 14th minute. With a little luck, Porto Feliz FC's Lenílson Rocha got control of the ball when Germano Pinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antônio Carlos Schmidt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Porto Feliz FC's Lenílson Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doriva Bertassi in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Descalvado FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano Pinho to maneuver through the defense. If Antônio Carlos Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the game, Horácio Favoretto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Porto Feliz FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Descalvado FC the free kick. Lenílson Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Gustavo Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After some careless play in the Porto Feliz FC defense, Germano Pinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lenílson Rocha. The Porto Feliz FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lenílson Rocha should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luiz Gustavo Simões was the one to do the kick off. Donato Faria got his second yellow card in the match during the 52nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Donato Faria hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Porto Feliz FC's zone, Germano Pinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lenílson Rocha came out of the goal and Germano Pinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Descalvado FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Doriva Bertassi hit a great ball. Antônio Carlos Schmidt in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Orlando Hoffmann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Germano Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Lenílson Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76thth minute of the game Germano Pinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Porto Feliz FC's Lenílson Rocha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Descalvado FC's goalkeeper Orlando Hoffmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antônio Carlos Schmidt. If Germano Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlando Hoffmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Arce in the 83rd minute of the match. Orlando Hoffmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Carlos Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Doriva Bertassi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Orlando Hoffmann managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Porto Feliz FC's Antônio Carlos Schmidt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Descalvado FC's Doriva Bertassi got a free kick in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Descalvado FC had won after a very even match.
