Spectators: 6650 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) Olimpo Football Club's Percy Valadares started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Christian Matorin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinícius Perez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Hermínio Araújo sped through Olimpo Football Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vinícius Perez. Hermínio Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Olimpo Football Club getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Júlio Penha hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Matorin in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinícius Perez saved Olimpo Football Club from getting behind. If Hermínio Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Percy Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Guilherme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Percy Valadares fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pedro Guilherme, passed just outside the right post. Christian Matorin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hermínio Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Olimpo Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Matorin came free, but Vinícius Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Matorin scored 0-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vinícius Perez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hermínio Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Vinícius Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliézer Linhares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Guilherme having to interfere. Flabucas FC's Pedro Guilherme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Percy Valadares in the 37th minute of play. Hermínio Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hermínio Araújo to strike the kick off in the second half. Christian Matorin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Vinícius Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hermínio Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliézer Linhares scored 1-3 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Guilherme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flabucas FC's Jean Arce shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 60th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Vinícius Perez but with some difficulty. After 62 minutes, Celso Prado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olimpo Football Club and the Flabucas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Celso Prado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Renato Urbano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 62nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Hermínio Araújo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vinícius Perez was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. After having played for 75 minutes, Hermínio Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flabucas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermínio Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vinícius Perez made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Christian Matorin sent off a good shot on target. Christian Matorin in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vinícius Perez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 81st minute Hermínio Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinícius Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vinícius Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermínio Araújo in the 91st minute of play. When Christian Matorin came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Flabucas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Matorin couldn't finish the play. After 94 played minutes Olimpo Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Vito Amorim. In the 96th minute Hermínio Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinícius Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
