In the 52ndth minute of the game Tarcisio Duarte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orindiuva SC's Sérgio Félix was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Orindiuva SC's zone, Patrick Valadares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sérgio Félix came out of the goal and Patrick Valadares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Geovanni Azevedo made a precise shot to the right of Sérgio Félix. Orindiuva SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Sérgio Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willian Cardoso in the 84th minute of play. Tarcisio Duarte hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Geovanni Azevedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sérgio Félix read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Zé Pedro Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Pedrão Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Patrick Valadares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sérgio Félix was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Chatuba de Mesquita's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
