A hard shot 18 in the game by Samuca Urbano from a close distance when the talented Edu Coelho managed to make a qualified save. Manchester United F.C.'s players were relieved. Flavinho Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jardel da Silveira having to interfere. Manchester United F.C. were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Alcatéia FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ademar Garcia took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavinho Silveira in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jardel da Silveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute of the game, Samuca Urbano landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 27 minutes into the game, Luizinho Mesquita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alcatéia FC the free kick. 27 minutes into the game, one of Manchester United F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 31st minute Flavinho Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jardel da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Flavinho Silveira came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Manchester United F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavinho Silveira couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Alcatéia FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Flavinho Silveira scored to the left of an out of position Jardel da Silveira, making the score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Campidelis in the 62nd minute of play forced Manchester United F.C.'s goalkeeper Edu Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Délio Saraiva came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Manchester United F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Délio Saraiva couldn't finish the play. Alcatéia FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Flavinho Silveira scored to the left of an out of position Jardel da Silveira, making the score, 0-2. After 77 played minutes Alcatéia FC got a freekick which was hit by Nilson Favoretto. If João Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Flavinho Silveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavinho Silveira did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Jardel da Silveira 93 minutes into the match. Manchester United F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
