Marcinho Aparecido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Célio Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remo Diniz couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Remo Diniz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Célio Chaves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 60th minute Roberto Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Vítor Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. José Vítor Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roberto Duarte did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-1 to the left of a surprised José Vítor Medeiros 63 minutes into the match. Marcinho Aparecido might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Célio Chaves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcinho Aparecido ran back to his position shaking his head. When Rera's Remo Diniz in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arisvel EC's goalie prevented a goal. Paulão Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Remo Diniz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Arisvel EC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Aparecido came free, but Célio Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Remo Diniz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rera's supporters rose to their feet, but Remo Diniz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Célio Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the game, Rera's Remo Diniz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Célio Chaves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Júnior Moraes hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Rera's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
