All Blacks's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mira AD the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in All Blacks fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 38 minutes, Mira AD's Ernani Cerezo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Rafael Xavier. The wind increased when Jorginho Faria made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Carlos Augusto Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot. All Blacks's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Augusto Dias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Luís Perez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Augusto Dias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Pedro Luís Perez made a huge save.
