Diogo Amaral was a little too slow when Juan Aguiar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Tupancireta EC's goalkeeper Diogo Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luciano de Queiroz. When Breno Varela fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bacasable FC's protests and gave Breno Varela a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Bacasable FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Breno Varela to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Tupancireta EC's Jailson Guerra tried to score from far away in the 21st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Luciano de Queiroz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anselmo Lucas's late challenge caught a Bacasable FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anselmo Lucas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, Tupancireta EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Lucas to maneuver through the defense. Diogo Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano de Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luciano de Queiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Bacasable FC booed when Tupancireta EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luís Campidelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tupancireta EC's Diogo Amaral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Tupancireta EC from getting a goal against them. Tupancireta EC's Tomé Vaz got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Tupancireta EC booed when Bacasable FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho Rossi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dieguinho Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomé Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luciano de Queiroz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Diogo Amaral made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Juan Aguiar made the kick off in the second half. Diogo Amaral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luciano de Queiroz went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 59 minutes of play, Bacasable FC's Juan Aguiar made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diogo Amaral was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd match minute, Bacasable FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Breno Varela to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Tomé Vaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th minute, Chiquinho Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diogo Amaral was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Bacasable FC's zone, Tomé Vaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dieguinho Linhares came out of the goal and Tomé Vaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Tomé Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diogo Amaral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Aguiar went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Tupancireta EC's zone, Juan Aguiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diogo Amaral came out of the goal and Juan Aguiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Tomé Vaz came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Tupancireta EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomé Vaz couldn't finish the play. If Juan Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Luciano de Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bacasable FC fully deserved thier win.
