José Prata didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 8th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. When Luiz Paulo Souto fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crisolita EC's protests and gave Luiz Paulo Souto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th match minute, Crisolita EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Paulo Souto to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Virgílio Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ativa Sport Club's José Prata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Ativa Sport Club from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Paranaense in the 21st minute of play forced Ativa Sport Club's goalkeeper José Prata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ativa Sport Club getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Benedito Matos hit a great ball. José Prata was a little too slow when Richard Paranaense got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-0. With a little luck, Ativa Sport Club's José Prata got control of the ball when Luiz Paulo Souto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Dorival Ferreira in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ativa Sport Club's Benedito Matos. Juan Costa scored 2-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeca Secco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dadá Brasil might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Prata. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dadá Brasil ran back to his position shaking his head. Benedito Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. During the 47th minute of the match Benedito Matos completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Benedito Matos a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 48th minute, Benedito Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Richard Paranaense made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ativa Sport Club getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Belchior Cavalcante hit a great ball. Crisolita EC's Enrique Senna couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 54th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ativa Sport Club. Ativa Sport Club's attentive Belchior Cavalcante managed to snatch the ball when Telmo Paiva made a throw-in in the 59th minute of the game. In the 62nd minute Richard Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Prata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrianinho Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrianinho Alcântara in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Prata saved Ativa Sport Club from getting behind. Luiz Paulo Souto took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Prata. José Prata dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Paranaense in the 77th minute of play forced Ativa Sport Club's goalkeeper José Prata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Paulo Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Virgílio Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When Adrianinho Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Crisolita EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrianinho Alcântara couldn't finish the play. Ativa Sport Club's José Prata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Paranaense in the 90th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Dorival Ferreira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ativa Sport Club's Juan Costa quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The throw-in from Dorival Ferreira in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ativa Sport Club's Juan Costa. In the 96th minute, Dadá Brasil made a precise shot to the right of José Prata. Ativa Sport Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Crisolita EC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ativa Sport Club for a fine match.
