Pedrinho da Silveira made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Luiz Paulo Souto sent off a good shot on target. Pedrinho da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Furacão EFL's Giuseppe Trevisan got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Richard Paranaense took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Pedrinho da Silveira to make any attempt to save it. Luiz Paulo Souto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Luiz Paulo Souto put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pedrinho da Silveira. If Gerson Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giuseppe Trevisan was the one to do the kick off. Luiz Paulo Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho da Silveira having to interfere. After 62 minutes of play Crisolita EC's Telmo Paiva was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Furacão EFL's Ademir Toledo got a free kick in the 69th minute. Luiz Paulo Souto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Furacão EFL's zone, Adrianinho Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrinho da Silveira came out of the goal and Adrianinho Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 76 minutes, Giuseppe Trevisan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furacão EFL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giuseppe Trevisan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Furacão EFL getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Gerson Ortiz hit a great ball. Luiz Paulo Souto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pedrinho da Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dadá Brasil's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Crisolita EC's Luiz Paulo Souto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedrinho da Silveira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Furacão EFL's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Paulo Souto came free, but Pedrinho da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorival Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Crisolita EC had played much better football throughout.
