Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Válter Amorim started the match with the kick off. Fred Neiva's late challenge caught a Crisolita EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fred Neiva helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd minute, Fred Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Senna took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for José Carlos Godoi. Joaninha FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fred Neiva kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. José Carlos Godoi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 6th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Enrique Senna. 9 minutes into the match, Crisolita EC's Luiz Paulo Souto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Carlos Godoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Alfredinho Neto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeca Secco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Luiz Paulo Souto came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Crisolita EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Paulo Souto couldn't finish the play. Richard Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Joaninha FC's zone, Richard Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Carlos Godoi came out of the goal and Richard Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Crisolita EC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Adrianinho Alcântara hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes, Joaninha FC's Kauan Brodel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zeca Secco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Joaninha FC reached it. Luiz Paulo Souto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Carlos Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Paranaense in the 42nd minute of the match. Richard Paranaense was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 45 minutes into the match, Crisolita EC's Luiz Paulo Souto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Carlos Godoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Richard Paranaense stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richard Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Carlos Godoi having to interfere. Richard Paranaense blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Carlos Godoi having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richard Paranaense in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Carlos Godoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute, Patrick Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Richard Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Paulo Souto in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Carlos Godoi saved Joaninha FC from getting behind. José Carlos Godoi came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Crisolita EC's Richard Paranaense. But to his dismay, Richard Paranaense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 75 minutes into the match, Joaninha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Paulo Souto came free, but José Carlos Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute of the match Faustão Aparecido sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but José Carlos Godoi skillfully saved the ball. Richard Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. José Carlos Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Joaninha FC's goalkeeper José Carlos Godoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. José Carlos Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Paranaense in the 87th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Richard Paranaense in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Carlos Godoi saved Joaninha FC from getting behind. Aníbal Pinheiro hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Crisolita EC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Joaninha FC to leave the ground with a draw.
