Fellipe de Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Frédson Recife's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chiquinho da Fonseca was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Chiquinho da Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fellipe de Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vítor de Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Sabóia having to interfere. Chiquinho da Fonseca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frédson Recife went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Frédson Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chiquinho da Fonseca having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Fellipe de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho da Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquinho da Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fellipe de Alcântara in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Amaro AD booed when Lama SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murilo Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amaro AD's Carlos Eduardo de Medeiros got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Eduardo de Medeiros scored 0-3 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chiquinho da Fonseca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 41 played minutes Amaro AD got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Eduardo de Medeiros. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Vítor de Sousa got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Fellipe de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frédson Recife made a kick off. Ismael Costa scored 1-3 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Sabóia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80thth minute of the game Frédson Recife who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lama SS's Chiquinho da Fonseca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 82 minutes of play Amaro AD's Oséias Trevisan was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 86 minutes into the match, Amaro AD's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor de Sousa came free, but Gustavo Sabóia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lama SS's zone, Carlos Eduardo de Medeiros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chiquinho da Fonseca came out of the goal and Carlos Eduardo de Medeiros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Fellipe de Alcântara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustavo Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vítor de Sousa in the 95th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Eduardo de Medeiros during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
