Spectators: 7250 (Terracing: 5439, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Vitinho Vinhas made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hybrius FC's zone, Narciso Travassos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvaldo Carvalho came out of the goal and Narciso Travassos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Narciso Travassos in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edvaldo Carvalho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 11 minutes into the match, Hybrius FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vitinho Vinhas came free, but Edvaldo Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Narciso Travassos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Edvaldo Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Hybrius FC got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Vargas. Fabiano Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Victor Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Fabiano Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind ɱarceline XVII's goalkeeper Victor Lira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The long shot by Germano Salles in the 31st minute really tested Edvaldo Carvalho's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Vitinho Vinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Narciso Travassos came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the ɱarceline XVII fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Travassos couldn't finish the play. If Vitinho Vinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narciso Travassos in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edvaldo Carvalho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 44th match minute, Hybrius FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederico Quadros to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Vargas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hybrius FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ɱarceline XVII the free kick. Beto Silva, 47 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabiano Baptista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Narciso Travassos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vitinho Vinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvaldo Carvalho having to interfere. Edvaldo Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Travassos in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to ɱarceline XVII getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Carlos Alberto Baiano hit a great ball. Fabiano Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Victor Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The nice shot from Claudinho Velasco in the 69thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Victor Lira had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Germano Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. ɱarceline XVII's Victor Lira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save ɱarceline XVII from getting a goal against them. If Vitinho Vinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Narciso Travassos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84thth minute of the game Vitinho Vinhas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hybrius FC's Edvaldo Carvalho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Travassos in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvaldo Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vitinho Vinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvaldo Carvalho having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the ɱarceline XVII players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
