The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kauã de Queiroz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Avaí F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Dida Coelho scored to the left of an out of position Filipe Salgado, making the score, 2-2. Hermínio Lago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramiro Oliveira's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Beto Tande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90thth minute of the game Ramiro Oliveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macarani's Hermínio Lago was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hermínio Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauã de Queiroz in the 93rd minute of the match. Dida Coelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Avaí F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Macarani's performance. The match ended with a win for Macarani.
