Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wilton de Medeiros kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Monge Radical got a freekick which was hit by Jeferson Paraense. Wilton de Medeiros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michel Pombal having to make a save. If Chiquinho Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Renato Bastos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monge Radical's supporters rose to their feet, but Renato Bastos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jânio Dracena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wilton de Medeiros received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Michel Pombal came out and tried to block the shot, but Wilton de Medeiros slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 19th minute. Wilton de Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Monge Radical's Michel Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilton de Medeiros in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to Lyndt getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Wilton Moraes hit a great ball. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lyndt's goalkeeper Jânio Dracena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, Wilton de Medeiros dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Michel Pombal, 2-1. 36 minutes into the match, Monge Radical's goalkeeper Michel Pombal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomé Trevisan. Michel Pombal came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Lyndt's Chiquinho Quintal. But to his dismay, Chiquinho Quintal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Chiquinho Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lyndt's supporters rose to their feet, but Chiquinho Quintal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Pombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvério Medeiros hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. If Chiquinho Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcelinho da Costa made a kick off. Michel Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquinho Quintal, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Michel Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquinho Quintal in the 62nd minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Wilton de Medeiros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michel Pombal. Monge Radical's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilton de Medeiros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 72nd minute, Wilton de Medeiros made a precise shot to the right of Michel Pombal. Monge Radical's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. After having played for 78 minutes, Chiquinho Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lyndt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chiquinho Quintal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 84 played minutes Monge Radical got a freekick which was hit by Silvério Medeiros. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilton de Medeiros in the 87th minute of play forced Monge Radical's goalkeeper Michel Pombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Lyndt's Wilton de Medeiros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michel Pombal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Lyndt's Wilton de Medeiros got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Lyndt were the better team. Lyndt's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
