In the 4th minute, Real Andradas's Geovânio Simões ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Valério da Mata. Valério da Mata yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Leonel Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério da Mata having to interfere. Real Andradas's Geovânio Simões got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Válter Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naldo das Neves in the 20th minute of the match. Geovânio Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério da Mata having to interfere. Paulo Renato Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Valério da Mata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Valério da Mata successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Geovânio Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério da Mata having to interfere. If Flávio Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Geovânio Simões got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Válter Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naldo das Neves in the 54th minute of the match. Valério da Mata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovânio Simões in the 61st minute of play. Válter Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naldo das Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Válter Quadros came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by RATOS FC's Flávio Marinho. But to his dismay, Flávio Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Real Andradas getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Cícero Correia hit a great ball. Luiz Guilherme Passos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, RATOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geovânio Simões came free, but Valério da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, RATOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Renato Porto came free, but Valério da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Flávio Marinho made a precise shot to the right of Válter Quadros. Real Andradas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Flávio Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. RATOS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Flávio Marinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Válter Quadros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Válter Quadros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Naldo das Neves's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. After 90 played minutes RATOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Barros. Paulo Renato Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. In the 94thth minute of the game Paulo Renato Porto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RATOS FC's Valério da Mata was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paulo Renato Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério da Mata having to interfere. The Real Andradas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching RATOS FC's performance. The match ended with a win for RATOS FC.
