Spectators: 6424 (Terracing: 5422, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 2) Murilo Britto made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute Duarte Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardinho Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Murilo Britto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonas Azevedo. Murilo Britto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Murilo Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernardinho Vale came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Miraselva's Angelo das Neves. But to his dismay, Angelo das Neves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 19 minutes of play, Miraselva's Wellington Borges made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardinho Vale was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the game, Claudinei Borges was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Miraselva's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lua Sporting the free kick. The supporters of Lua Sporting booed when Miraselva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Murilo Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murilo Brittos short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Jonas Azevedo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bernardinho Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Braga in the 30th minute of play. Wellington Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Bernardinho Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Murilo Britto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Jonas Azevedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Murilo Britto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Azevedo having to interfere. Murilo Britto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Jonas Azevedo made a huge save. After 46 played minutes Miraselva got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Paulo Braga. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wellington Borges to make the kick off. Jonas Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Carlos Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardinho Vale was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Angelo das Neves capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Angelo das Neves really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. After a rather tough play, Lua Sporting's Cássio Pinheiro got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Miraselva's Duarte Hermes got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Murilo Britto in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Azevedo saved Miraselva from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Murilo Britto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lua Sporting's supporters rose to their feet, but Murilo Britto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 74 minutes, Murilo Britto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lua Sporting's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murilo Britto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelo das Neves's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Bernardinho Vale skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Murilo Britto came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Lua Sporting fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Murilo Britto couldn't finish the play. Angelo Matos struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Jonas Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lua Sporting. Murilo Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bernardinho Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wellington Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Murilo Britto scored 4-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonas Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lua Sporting's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
