Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Fernando Medeiros to make the kick off. In the 64th minute, Wágner Fontes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seriema AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 68th minute Luís Fernando Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulysses Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Gualter Bezerra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulysses Furtado was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Felippe Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Fernendo having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Seriema AD had played much better football throughout.
